Carbon steel pipe is made of steel ingot or solid round steel by piercing and then hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. Carbon steel pipe plays an important role in China's steel pipe industry. The main materials are q235, 20 #, 35 #, 45 # and 16mn. The main executive standards include national standards, American standards, Japanese standards, etc. The national standards include the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Sinopec pipe fittings standards, and power pipe fittings standards.
Use of carbon steel pipe:
1. Pipe for mechanical industry. Such as aviation structural pipe (round pipe, oval pipe, flat oval pipe), automotive semi axle pipe, axle pipe, automotive tractor structural pipe, tractor oil cooler pipe, agricultural machinery square pipe and rectangular pipe, transformer pipe and bearing pipe.

5. Pipes for thermal equipment. Such as boiling water pipes and superheated steam pipes for general boilers, superheated pipes, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes, arch brick pipes and high temperature and high pressure boiler pipes for locomotive boilers.
6. For other departments. Such as: container pipe (high pressure gas cylinder pipe and general container pipe), instrument pipe, watch case pipe, injection needle and medical instrument pipe, etc.
